Yes!! Using acupuncture 'allopathically' really co-opts and undermines the value and purpose of classical Chinese medicine. Took my western brain a very long time to unwrap itself enough to begin to comprehend and embrace the foreign foundations of holistic medicine. So maybe most of us expect our holistic practitioners to practice medicine in ways familiar to us? And that's allopathically since that's all most of us know. Would have loved this webinar!
